Does a balloon pop when it reaches the atmosphere?
Q: Does a balloon pop when it reaches the atmosphere?
A: A regular helium balloon can go up to about 5 miles, then it will start to freeze. It will also expand because of the decreasing pressure. Then, it will pop.
